A closer look at the pho selection

Pho is the heart of the menu and the reason many come back again and again. The Spicy Pho Rare Beef and Chicken offers a lively kick that warms the palate, making it a popular choice during cooler days. The Pho GA presents a gentler flavour profile, perfect for those wanting something soothing. Meanwhile, the Pho with Beef Ribs introduces hearty, tender meat that falls apart with every bite.

For fans of aromatic spice, Beef Lemongrass brings a bold, fragrant depth that pairs beautifully with noodles and fresh herbs. Each bowl features the signature condiments associated with pho, including basil, bean sprouts, lime, and chilli, allowing every diner to customise the dish to their liking.

Beyond pho with dishes full of texture and aroma

While pho is the star, many customers explore the broader menu for variety. Bun Bo Hue Crispy Pork brings together the traditional central Vietnamese soup style with the crunch of crispy pork. Fried Beef Pho Noodle highlights a stir fried variation, giving the familiar noodle and beef combination a smoky character.

The Roast Pork Banh Mi offers an appealing contrast of crisp bread, savoury meat, and fresh vegetables. The Ginger Rice with Crispy Chicken and Crispy Pork Belly with Rice both provide comforting meals with well balanced textures. These dishes appeal to diners who want something hearty but still rooted in Vietnamese tradition.

Refreshing drinks and familiar favourites

Pho Flinders Express also draws attention for its drinks. Vietnamese Iced Coffee stands out with its rich flavour and creamy sweetness, giving diners a satisfying caffeine boost.
